Iso lateral movements are a great way to find imbalances in strength from one side of the body over the other. Most people think they have a strong and weak side but you have to test each muscle group. You might find you have a stronger right bicep but a weaker right tricep. @jknowles2016 is seen here performing one arm overhead cable tricep extensions. Adjust the pulley height so that when you are in position the cable should be pulling as close to parallel to the floor as possible.
