Arm day yesterday! Finding it harder with the lower carbs and higher workout rate but feeling amazing for it. Really warm in the gym which I love! Supersetting through out workout was. 🔹 1️⃣➖ Barbell curls 5 - 20 superset triceps rope pulldown 20 🔹 2️⃣➖ Close grip bench press 5 - 15 superset preacher curls 15 🔹 3️⃣➖ Dumbbell curls 5 - 12 superset tricep cable pushdown 12 🔹 4️⃣➖ Cable curls 5 - 30 superset tricep narrow pushup 30 🔹 5️⃣➖ Cardio elliptical 20 mins

*** Beach Running *** . I still hate running but I’m making the most of my surroundings and doing it anyway. So I thought seeing as though I have to get better at this, I’m going to have fun with it so I’ve decided to take my sessions down to the beach. In my research so far, I’ve found so many benefits to running on the beach from it stabilising muscles in knees, ankles and calves while giving your joints a break from the concrete jungle as well as burning 30% more calories! Plus nothing beats running into the ocean after smashing out the session. It’s also therapeutic and brings clarity & positivity into the day. It’s a lot harder obviously but that just means it increases your fitness at a higher rate which I’m needing right now. . Update on progression: I’m currently waiting on a medical clearance document in regards to an admission into the emergency department last year. Once that has been submitted, the next stage of the process is the Officer Selection Board.

Smilin cuz it’s FRIDAYYYY 🙌🏻✨ & because I’m officially obsessed and addicted to @kelseywells program 🏋🏼‍♀️💦 holy crap I cannot get enough! Last night as I went to bed I was literally giddy with excitement because I’d get to tackle another resistance workout at the gym 💪🏻 I haven’t felt this way in ages! And definitely never with a lifting program. Buzzzzing to see those gains in the next few months, as I’m definitely more sore than I’ve been in a while 😅👌🏻 would love to know who else is doing it?! The list of difficult postures that I CAN'T do dwarfs the list that I can do. Believe it or not, this makes me happy. I get much more value and inspiration from learning to focus and maintain composure when I'm not able to do something than simply doing what's already accessible. So, here's to continuing to learn and grow, and focus on what ultimately matters in our practice.⠀ ⠀ #fitnessgoals
