How I’m feeling about my check in this week....a bit lost and uneasy. This past week I’ve experienced multiple things going on with my body that I’m just not used to or haven’t had in a long time. Most people would probably not even notice these changes or think twice about them, but I’m different. I have become so self aware of everything going on with my body and it’s reactions, that this can be a blessing and a curse at the same time. We may forget that although bodybuilding is a sport about our physiques, we tend to base our decisions around how we feel. And maybe my pictures don’t look very different from last week, but I’m not feeling good at the moment. I promised myself to never make a decision when I know my judgement may be impaired by emotion. I’m very grateful to have a coach that I trust and I know I can be completely open with in all aspects of and . I know coach @jamidebernard will guide me in the right direction ❤️ first

Getting back into the WO routine and it looks like Mr. Tino is happy about this too! I was actually proud of myself on the food end - didn't go over board on the sweets or carbs like I did last year - being more mindful and in tune with your body truly helps. I think too much of the time we're just shoveling it in(food that is) and NOT paying ANY attention to WHAT we're doing. Anyone else have that problem? Anyone else have the high food volume problem - where you just want to eat a LOTTA food all the time? If you want to change that - you CAN - it starts with awareness of WHAT you're currently doing - then admitting that you need to CHANGE something.
