🚸ما در همه وقت و همه جا نمی توانیم کنار فرزندمان باشیم و از آنها محافظت کنیم اما می‌توانیم مهارت‌هایی را به آنها آموزش دهیم که بدانیم آنها توانایی مراقبت از خود را به دست می‌آورند‌. در این مجموعه، به آموزش تعدادی از این مهارت‌ها می‌پردازیم . ⁦⬅️⁩ مشخص کردن دایره ی امن : اگرچه فرضمان بر این است که چنانچه فرزندانمان نیاز به کمک داشته باشند، اول به سراغ ما می آیند. اما باید بپذیریم که علی‌رغم وابستگی و ارتباط عمیق ما، آنها ممکن است برای درمیان گذاشتن مشکلشان با ما تردید کنند. . با فرزندانتان صحبت کنید و باهم، گروهی از افراد معتمد بزرگسال (مثلا ۳ تا ۵ نفر) را انتخاب کنید که چنانچه شخصی «قوانین مربوط به اندام خصوصی»* را زیر پا گذاشت و حریم فرزندتان را نقض کرد، او بداند که می‌تواند و باید مساله را با افراد این گروه در میان بگذارد. توجه داشته باشید که اعضای این گروه نباید الزاما از خانواده انتخاب شوند. معلم‌های مدرسه، معلم مهدکودک، دکتر و پرستار اطفال، همگی طبق قانون ملزم به اطلاع رسانی هر گونه سو استفاده (حتی شک به سو استفاده) هستند. . بعد از نهایی سازی « دایرۀ امن»، افراد عضو گروه را در جریان بگذارید و از آنها بخواهید تا در رابطه با مساله آزار جنسی کودکان و شیوه های کمک رسانی به آنان مطالعه لازم را داشته باشند. یا از آنها بپرسید که چه آموزشهایی را در مورد مقابله با کودک آزاری جنسی گذرانده‌اند . البته جای شکی نیست که والدین باید در خط مقدم آمادگی دفاع از فرزندانشان باشند و اعتماد سازی باید ابتدا از والدین آغاز شود، اما بهترین حالت این است که تمامی آدمهای مهم زندگی کودک، آموزش لازم را دیده و آماده باشند که از کودک محافظت کنند. ⁦👩 . *قوانین مربوط به اندام خصوصی: ۱. هیچ کسی نباید اندام خصوصی تو را ببیند یا دست بزند ۲.تو نباید اندام خصوصی هیچ کس را ببینی یا دست بزنی #neuroscience

We are hard wired for Empathy. For instance, when we see others in pain, similar neural circuitry activates in our own brain, as the person who is experiencing the pain. Interesting research has however established that our empathetic activation and actions depend on whether we see the other person as similar to us, or as Dr David Eagleman puts in, whether they are in our 'in-group', or 'out-group'. Dr. Eagleman’s research established that single word labels which identified people by their religion, political party or sports team impacted our empathetic response. So for instance if I support a particular football team and you support another, I may not be so willing to help you and my brain's empathetic response to seeing you in pain may be less than if you identify as supporting the same team as me. So what's the significance of this? Whether we like it or not we all carry with us judgements and biases about others. When these are 'unseen' and we are not aware of them they can significantly impact our behaviour to others. The good news is that in the same way that we can train our minds for concentration and self-awarness through mindfulness to the extent that neuroplastic changes take place in the brain, we can also use mindfulness techniques such as loving kindness and seeing others as similar to create neuroplastic changes which result in habitual responses to others which are less biased, more kind and more willing to help. Yes, just another fabulous reason to practice 🤗🧠💗

Você é multitarefas?  Quais são os seus resultados?  Veja aqui uma avaliação com um cliente que, atualmente, encontra-se com problemas sérios de "performance" de seus colaboradores por conta das inúmeras atividades que foram obrigados a assumir por um ótimo motivo: "a conquista de mais negócios"! Nesta avaliação o cliente foi filmado (com camera e microfones escondidos no escritório), tentando realizar 2 atividades que consomem energia (andar em 1 ritmo mais acelerado e uma conta de multiplicação de 2 dígitos). Somente após a parada é que conseguiu realizar o cálculo! Detalhe importante: trata-se de um executivo - engenheiro de uma multinacional européia, acostumado a uma dura rotina "multitarefas". Pense a respeito! Are you multitasking? What are your results? Here is an evaluation with a customer who currently faces serious problems of the performance of his employees due to the countless activities they were forced to assume for a great reason: "winning lots of new business"! At this evaluation the customer was filmed (with camera and microphones hidden in the office), trying to perform 2 energy-consuming activities (walking at a faster pace and a 2-digit multiplication account). Only after he stopped the activity of walking faster he could get the results of the calculation! Important detail: He is an executive - engineer of a European multinational, accustomed to a tough "multitasking" routine. Think about it! #neuroscience

💪Redid my workout since I didn't have time earlier. Ending up PRing an easy 365+chains pause bench press x 1, Floor Deadstop Press 425x1 w slingshot on, Incline 235+chains(50lb) pause press x 8, weighted deadstop restart pullups neutral grip 3plates x 3 / shoulder width grip chins 85lbs x 8(calm/continuous tempo). - 😇Ok I'm sane now. First time doing the floor press since late summer. Overloaded my arms + wrist with the Deadstop floor press. Used the slingshot for the floor press because one of my previous bench presses was performed unevely via not double checking my grip which made my shoulder feel a little uh oh, no pain though. - #neuroScience
