Hung Curd Dip 🥗 the creamiest and most versatile no-fuss dip/dressing ever. you can throw in your favorites seasonings or have it as is with a pinch of salt! 🍽️ here for this 5-ingredient dip, I have mixed the hung curd with some garlic powder, mint and coriander leaves and a pinch of pink salt. 🥄 add some oil to increase the creaminess 🥄 hang with pressed garlic or throw in crushed mustard for a stronger flavor 🍯 for creamy sweetness It is pretty nutrient dense- 1 tbsp of hung curd has 66g cal, 4g fat, 4g protein and 8g fiber. From my ‘almost’ biggest to now... still a long way to go & it’s taken me a good amount of time to get this far, but it IS possible!! Positivity, determination, motivation, consistency... I’m not one of these people who can lose weight quickly (sadly!), but I do work hard & am sensible enough to know that it took over 30 years to put the weight on so it won’t come off overnight! Since I started flexible dieting alongside training 8 months ago, my attitude & outlook towards ‘dieting’ and a healthy lifestyle has changed, and I sure am enjoying the ride ❤️🏋🏼‍♀️💪🏼🥗
