Proteinrik sallad med quinoa, grönablad, äpple, tomater, svarvad rödbeta och morot, solrosfrön, persilja, oliver och salladslök 🌱❤️🌱. I dressingen blandade jag tahini, olivolja, salt, peppar, äppelcidervinäger, rå honung, lite pressad citron och boostade den med spirulina. Just nu tar jag varje dag för att rensa ut metaller och fylla på med klorofyll, proteiner och vitaminer. Den blågröna algen är verkligen en superingrediens att ha i smoothie, i sweets eller som här i dressing. Några väldigt bra saker med spirulina 👇🏼. • Stärker immunförsvaret • Är inflammationshämmande • Hjälper kroppen med avgiftning • Ger energi • Innehåller aminosyror, protein, fettsyror som balanserar hormoner, vitaminer (alla utom D-vitamin) en mängd olika mineraler och klorofyll. #rawfoodinspo

I make this raw vegan parmesan cheese; as well as crackers, dried vegetables, tart cases and pizza bases, all in the dehydrator. Made this zoodle salad when still in New Zealand; the almonds are also dehydrated - soaked then rinsed then "activated". I think i even rolled this batch in spices. The deydrator gets the nuts super crunchy 😆👍🏾 inspo

These raw, gluten free pizza bases from Kitz Living Foods are a great boon if you are travelling and away from your own Raw Food Kitchen. It means that, so long as you can access a fruit and veggie outlet; dinner is done and dusted! I have used my staple sundried tomato romesco sauce to smother on the pizza bases before adding the other ingredients. (i take the Romesco with me everywhere) 😆. You could use hummus instead if you are on the road.. 😍🍃🌿 Pizza base ingredients: Organic flax seeds, almonds and sunflower seeds are soaked in filtered water overnight, blended with organic carrots, onions, garlic, Italian herbs and Himalayan salt; then low-temperature dehydrated to create the Raw Pizza Base. Keep an eye out for these great products from @kitzlivingfoods ❤️ inspo

Obeying God’s health laws is important. When we don’t obey them, we feel it and bare the consequences. God supplies us with exactly what we need to be happy and healthy so we can fulfill the purposes He gave us for our lives while here on earth. When you go against what God put into place, you experience what actually feels like Hell on earth just without the fire! God allows us to feel the pain, suffering, and discomfort so we can turn from our own sinful and selfish ways and turn to Him to get back on the right path. God gives you a choice though. Make sure you choose wisely. Eating fullyraw and healthy is not bad at all. It’s super tasty, delicious, and so enjoyable! If I make the food I love more often, will the kids eventually love it too??🙈🤞🏼🤔 really into “rolls” these days 🤪whether with rice paper, nori or pita, crunchy veggies at hand with a mix of sprouts, some type of spread (hummus for example) or tempeh, and 🥑, these make nutritious lunches and offer endless possibilities for variations!! Where have rolls been all my life!?🤩
