Having people around you can make life brighter and more colorful. But some people hide your own sunshine like dark clouds. They are just toxic people, vampires who suck your whole energy. They will never help you out or do anything nice without getting an own purpose in the end. They need to control everything and are unable to make a compromise. They are manipulative, they even manipulate themself. They aren‘t good or nice, but they even lie to themself so they end up thinking they are a great and kindhearted person. They aren‘t. They will never accept that they made a mistake. They will always blame yourself in the baddest way they can and keep hurting you in ways they know they‘ll be successful with. You can‘t trust them. They will always be lying. They are living in their own world and you are not able to change them, never! As much as you keep trying. They are the only ones who are able to and first they need to realize their mistakes which is also kinda impossible. So recognize their behaviour and eliminate them from your life. . . . . #recovery

Although I rarely put it on here I go to the gym and lift weights most days. Yesterday I went and instead of my normal leg day did a @thenx advanced leg workout which included 3 rounds of pistol squats. . Rookie error not stretching after that session 💁🏻‍♀️ and today my quads are so tight!! So while I was taking a study break I thought I’d throw in some mobility work and a pistol squat at the end (struggle 😂) . . . #recovery

Mein Vampirzahn, die Zahnpasta und ich grüßen euch einmal wieder recht herzlich. Das da bin ich, lächelnd und glücklich. Denn aktuell geht es mir so gut, wie seit vielen Monaten nicht mehr. Insgesamt ist es noch ein weiter und langwieriger Weg, bis ich sagen kann, dass es mir psychisch wieder einmal wirklich richtig gut gehen wird, den auch die Momente in denen Herbert bei mir Platz nimmt, sind stark und häufig. Dennoch, zum ersten Mal seit vielen Wochen, macht sich in mir ein Gefühl von Glückseligkeit breit, von Wärme. Ich lächle zurzeit viel und bin wieder ziemlich frech. Bei weitem noch nicht bei 100%, aber ungefähr bei der Hälfte davon und das ist, vor allem in Anbetracht meines psychischen Zustandes ein wirklicher Erfolg für mich. Auch wenn ich zurzeit jeden Tag sehr kaputt von Arbeit komme und müde bin, wenig Zeit für Haushalt habe oder haben möchte und ich sehr müde bin, geht es mir gut. Ich schlafe wieder besser und wache höchstens noch einmal nachts ohne ersichtlichen Grund auf, einen Albtraum hatte ich zum Glück auch schon eine Weile nicht mehr. Ich merke mir Dinge gerade wieder etwas besser und ich bin nicht mehr so häufig in mich gekehrt. Vor allem aber, war ich wieder beim Sport. Früher habe ich das geliebt, weil ich dadurch Stress abbauen konnte und ein positives Gefühl hatte. Doch wenn dir die Krankheit selbst Spaß an deinen liebsten Dingen nimmt, dann bleibt eben auch das aus. Ich bin froh, dass es zurzeit so ist, wie es ist, genieße es und lasse Herbert gerade nur selten Platz bei mir nehmen. Ich rede mittlerweile sehr offen über mein Leben und teile das mit einer kleinen Anzahl von Menschen. Aber die Gründe, warum ich in die Depression kam und wie alles verlief, werde ich vielleicht nie nennen oder erst irgendwann einmal. Aber ja, aktuell habe ich mit einigen "Gründen" auch nur noch minimale Berührungspunkte, weshalb sich wohl auch meine Laune gravierend geändert hat. Das wars erstmal.❤️ PS. Ein Mann hat mit all dem positiven Gefühl nichts zu tun. Dachte ich sag es nur mal. #recovery
