Where’s my early morning workout crew at?? 🌞 • • • I loveeee waking up early and getting to the gym ASAP to get my workout out of the way before the rest of my day starts. And so long as I get enough sleep the night before, it is honestly never hard for me to get out of bed in the morning because of these reasons: ☀️I am so much more energized and HAPPY throughout the day if I get my endorphins flowin’ soon after I wake up. It’s a very clear difference from when I workout later in the day or don’t workout at all (part of the reason its so hard for me to rest, legit addicted to the feels). ☀️It’s part of my routine. I wake up (typically 5-6am depending on schedule for the day), make the bed, get dressed, take care of the dogs, get my food together for the day, and then go to the gym. All of this happens without me even having to think twice really. ☀️Mornings at the gym are SO MUCH LESS BUSY. Even if I have the option to go in the evenings, I don’t. My workouts are my “me” time, don’t need a social hour or 1000 other people. I need to get in, crush it (maybe write an IG caption lol), and get out. I also just realllllly like to keep my evenings open for getting more work done, puppy cuddles, and of course an early bedtime 👵🏼 ☀️Leaving the gym knowing that I just finished a 2 hour workout before most people are even finishing their first cup of coffee makes me feel like wonder woman. ❤️💪 • • • There’s nothing WRONG with working out later in the day, and I get that some people have more energy for working out in the evening and can’t fathom gymming before the sun rises. But all I’m sayin - don’t knock it till ya try it. It takes a bit for your body to adjust to a new schedule, but maybe you might enjoy it just as much as I do! As with everything in health and fitness, never be afraid to try new methods/strategies to figure out what works best for YOU and don’t ever feel like you need to do fitness in a specific way because it’s the “right way” according to someone else. • • • • • • • • • • #workoutmotivation
