How serious are you with drinking water on a regular basis? Drinking at least 8 glasses a day will help rid the body and skin in so many ways. It has been tried, tested and confirmed that water consumption improve skin, I'm a witness to that! Many of our clients, even recently often report that by increasing their water intake, their skin has a more radiant glow and acne problems improved Water keeps skin cells hydrated and working fine so drink water to keep wrinkles away. Water plumps the skin cells up making them look less wrinkled. Also it flushes impurities and toxins out of the system keeping your face fresh and clean and thus aid in reducing the breakouts and acne. Get your water game on...thank me now and thank me again much later...lol. . . .

Good morning my darlings. Do you know that salt exfoliation helps to cleanse pores deeply, balance oil production and thwart bacteria that can instigate breakouts and acne. Exfoliating with a salt scrub not only removes dead skin cells and increases circulation, but it also encourages regeneration. Sloughing away dead skin cells actually promotes the growth of healthy new cells making skin look robust, pinky and baby like, smooth, fresh and very very soft. Its amazing, I swear! . .

Good morning my darlings. Still on the topic of STEROIDS (tube creams). Over the years of consulting with clients, 10 out of 10 clients have used steroid to attempt treating/self medicating their skin problems instead of seeking for professional help. Which in effect, worsen the initial problem worst and further complicates and prolongs treatment. We need to stop this. The damage on skin and health is colossal! Please...! . .

We cannot and will not stop talking about the dangers of steroids as skin bleaching creams. Corticosteroid and steroid creams are prescribed by doctors to treat inflammation from skin conditions like eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis. These corticosteroid and steroid creams contain powerful ingredients like Clobetasol Propionate, Fluocinolone Acetonide or Betamethasone Dipropionate. They also come with specific usage instructions because of the potentially serious side effects they can cause. The side effects of prolonged use includes: 1.Thin and fragile skin 2. Strange stretch marks 3.Folliculitis, inflamed hair follicles 4.Skin rash, 5.irritation 6.Itchiness 7.Raised bumps on the skin 8.Excess hair growth 9. Fungal or bacterial skin infections Many unscrupulous sellers have been selling and marketing steroid creams as skin bleaching creams. This is because one of known side effects of using steroid creams is the lightening of skin color. Black market bleaching creams containing corticosteroids pose a hidden danger Given that the sale of steroid creams for the purposes of skin bleaching is illegal, black market skin lightening products will not list steroids under their ingredients list anywhere on their packaging. Therefore, most dangerous black market bleaching creams go undetected. Thus, the detection and removal of these harmful steroid-containing skin lightening creams usually only occur after it is too late. Be careful! .

When you have acne, an infection, a rash, or some other skin problems , you're probably anxious for it to clear up. Yet even after these complexion woes heal, they may leave a visible reminder that they were once there — a dark mark on your skin. "Dark marks and scars are the result of inflammation and injury to the skin. "This inflammation induces melanocytes, the pigment-producing cells of the skin, to produce more melanin, which results in darkening in the areas of inflammation. . Most of the time, acne marks and dark marks that you get from skin wounds will go away on their own. However, for some people, it can take anywhere from six months to many years for them to lighten completely. Other forms of hyperpigmentation (ones from aging, allergies, etc.) don't fade on their own and may even get darker as time goes on. . .

Skin bleaching products as a treatment solution to skin problems like acne, spots or burns is plain wrong. Such practise leads to skin irritation, skin rashes, burning sensation, excessive redness Flakiness or excessive drying of the skin, leading to cracking and peeling. The extensive use of hydroquinone-based products can lead to a condition called ‘Ochronosis’ which causes blue-black dark patches on certain areas of the skin Hydroquinone makes the skin considerably more sensitive to the UV rays of the sun. This makes the users of skin lightening products more prone to serious sunburns and skin cancers. Other commonly use skin products used to treat skin problems includes mercury, steroids (tube cream) and hydrogen peroxide. The cocktail of the various chemical compounds used in skin lightening products is also known to exacerbate the effect of skin infections and diseases such as acne, eczema, and dermatitis. The skin requires pepper treatment with proper prescriptions and recommendations to heal and stay healthy. Be advised! . .

1. MYTH: Sheabutter darkens the skin: FACT: One of the most common myth I've heard about Shea butter is that it darkens the skin. No Ma'am, not at all! Contrary to this, Sheabutter naturally contains up to 6 SPF. Thus, if you vehemently avoid ☀ sun exposure, Sheabutter will enliven complexion. . 2. MYTH:  Shea butter is overrated. Vaseline (petroleum jelly) is just as good for hair and skin. FACT: Again, No ma’am! Certain products like Vaseline often have harsh ingredients (like mineral oil from petroleum) that can actually dry your hair out and be counterproductive to its health and growth. Shea butter can be found at affordable prices and is definitely worth the investment. . 3. MYTH:  Shea butter can ONLY be used to moisturize. FACTS: Sheabutter does much more. It's skincare, 💇 haircare and health care. Regular use of Shea butter promotes healthy hair growth. It helps with dry or oily scalp as well as dandruff. If you like to use other essential oils to moisturize your hair, shea butter is good for sealing in that moisture. Aching joints, cold and sinuses, asthmatic conditions as well as insect bites can all be relieved by shea butter. . .

After God, mothers should be praised, appreciated and treated with sacred respect. Happy Mother's Day to every woman who is and will become.....muaaaah!

Now, you may ask, "so how then can we use lemon to get it's benefits? " and my response... Its on the picture. Enjoy your drink! Cheers! . .
